Shift has an amazing work culture that is supportive, inclusive, and very flexible. It has a startup like culture given smaller team sizes. This means there's more opportunity to grow and connect with cross team leaders or with senior management. You are entrusted with your own work and that gives a lot of opportunity for ownership, growth, and success. The leadership team is easily accessible and actually listens which is great for the direction of the company as this is rare. If you disagree with a decision of have an idea, the team is very open to trying other ideas. Given the fast pace culture, there's an opportunity to learn every week and compensation, as well as budget to experiment is good.
