I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I went through three rounds of interviews for a developer role and was told I was shortlisted. Sounds good, right? Except it's been over three weeks now, and all I keep hearing from HR is “Give us some time”. No clarity, no updates, just vague promises over and over again. If you're not serious about hiring, why waste someone's time like this? I’ve put in the effort, prepared, and waited patiently — but this level of delay and poor communication is just unacceptable. It’s honestly frustrating and feels like they don’t value candidates at all.

If this is how they treat people during the hiring process, I can't imagine how things would be on the inside.
