I appreciate my bosses for making me comfortable with talking to them. I do feel heard when I am talking to them. Growing within the company. The company does show appreciation to their employees especially us Director. The company allows us Directors to run our business

When talking to my staff, A pay increase is the only thing I would like to see happen, especially for my teachers

It’s a family environment, you feel close to your coworkers and the owners

The closeness feels as if it’s crossed a boundary at times.
