Pros

I truly enjoy working here, especially the flexibility of remote work (work-from-home options), competitive salary increments, and comprehensive healthcare benefits — including medical checkups, dental care, and optical treatment. Additionally, the annual company-sponsored local trips are a fantastic perk that adds to the great work environment (previous trip joined — Lang Tengah island).

Cons

Unfortunately no career growth opportunities is available (for Customer Care Department) — I still enjoy working here due to the competitive salary and other great benefits.

Pros

Honestly, one of the best things about working at Shinjiru is the overall environment. It’s a supportive and friendly place. Even the HODs are approachable and quick to respond when you reach out. Teams collaborate well and communication is smooth across departments. Work-life balance is solid too. We don’t bring work home, which makes a big difference. Supervisors are supportive. They push when needed but are also understanding. Once you’re confirmed, job security is guaranteed and that peace of mind is rare these days. We’re also well-equipped with the tools and resources needed to do our jobs properly. The little things like monthly lunches and staff appreciation go a long way in building a healthy company culture. When it comes to inclusion, there’s nothing to complain about. The workplace is respectful and fair.

Cons

There are a few areas that could definitely be improved. Career growth feels limited. It’s not that there’s no opportunity at all, but there’s not much structure or direction when it comes to moving up or developing new skills. You kind of have to figure it out on your own. Salary and compensation are okay but not great. It’s fair, but when compared to what’s out there in the market, it could be more competitive. The transparency around it could be clearer too. The biggest gap is in benefits. There’s no medical card or insurance panel, which is something most people expect these days. While there is some training support, the overall approach to skill development feels a bit basic. There’s room to do more in terms of helping people grow professionally.
