The people are friendly and the work is meaningful, a lot of ownership.

There isn't much handholding, so yo have to know your stuff and not expect to be treated like an intern. But this is a good thing if you ask me.

I really enjoyed my experience at Shinkei. I was given a large degree of freedom on the projects I worked on and grew as I was surrounded by some of the smartest people I've ever met,
