Pros
WFH The people from the PH are good. Some from the US are okay, but there are those newly hired Sales people and Senior Managers that treat BAs, Devs and PMs that they work with as "below them"
Cons
Too many projects per person OT is imposed. They don't ask you if you can do OT, especially during Holidays and weekends, they just ASSUME that you can. If you decline they will make you feel like you are not a Team Player Compensation is bad. The increase is a blanket increase. So it doesn't really matter if you work hard or not. The increase is the same unless you're the favorite of the management. They always blame the employees for issues that were caused by bad management. It's always "we're sorry you feel this way, but you should be thanking us that you even have this" There is a 2-year bond and a monetary penalty for new hires if you break this, even though there is no actual valuable training being done. The bond would've been fine if there were was actually upskilling/certifications being done.
