Pros

Young and energetic team in some areas. You get to take ownership of your work early on. Good exposure to large-scale systems and real-world problems. Occasional team outings and internal events. The company’s mission to help D2C merchants is good in theory.

Cons

No work-from-home option. You must come to the office 6 days a week — no flexibility at all. Forget delivering real value — just butter up your manager and keep shouting 'AI' like it’s a magic word. That’s all that matters now. Office politics is a big problem. Some teammates will take credit for your work. Promotions and decisions are often based on favoritism. Toxic work culture, unrealistic deadlines, and no proper planning. Too much blame game — instead of solving problems, managers blame team members when things go wrong. Burnout is common. Weekend work is expected, not appreciated. There’s no proper work-life balance. Layoffs happen suddenly, even for people who work hard and take ownership. Leadership is full of ego — they don’t listen, don’t support, and treat employees poorly. Micromanagement everywhere — more focus on Jira tickets and updates than actual work or innovation. Meetings are toxic — shouting, blame, and disrespect happen regularly, even from top leaders. HR protects managers and leadership only, not employees. Appraisals and policies are often unfair. No growth opportunities — promotions are rare, and learning is very limited. Different teams (Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering) don’t work well together, leading to confusion and fights. Managers often shift the blame to junior employees to protect themselves. Those who work sincerely are the ones targeted by office politics. Meanwhile, people with no real skills or understanding of the work keep chanting 'AI, AI, AI' just to stay in the good books of their managers. Public image is fake — company posts happy stories on LinkedIn, but the actual working environment is very stressful.
