-Very diverse work force with a lot of knowledge and years of work experience in the industry -Great company culture (left-leaning by and large) -Very understanding management and willing to work with you if you are transparent about your needs and goals -If you demonstrate your value and are consistent, they will not micromanage you -Shipshape does not tolerate harassment from their clients
Cons
-The higher in rank you are at the company, the less work-life balance you have -It's a small company, so it can become understaffed quite quickly after an employee departure or even if someone takes off
