Pros
Fair Salary , though lower than the market standard. 2 - 3 Higher Official People are really good persons and I can say they are a Gem on how good they and I believe everyone in the company is just working because of him and if he leaves probably the company may need to be closed. Founders are good or I would say fair enough. Heard of Office Tours , which I could never be a part of , but have heard is really awesome.

No Proper Management and when I say this, I really mean this There is no proper Ethics in some people who are working from 4-5 years , they really behave like you are their slave and they would scold you like anything , I would say if in a company there is no respect , it's not worth working for. Some higher officials working from 4-5 years can call you anytime and scold you like anything for no mistake , and would force you to think on why you are working there , I believe this is the biggest point onto why one should not at all join shipsy even if other companies pay you less. There is no proper policies in the company . They say that there should be no meetings after 7 , but it's 100% sure that there would be minimum 1 meeting after 7 Here policies are just there for not to be followed One more worst part of this company is their Infra Team and Integration Team which is really really bad , many of the work which needs to be done by these teams are put on to other people and it's really hard work getting an issue resolved with this Team. Especially Integration team is really very hard to deal with. Founders would have your appraisal meeting and would not provide a proper appraisal and may ask you to leave the company if you are thinking of getting you salary equivalent to market levels One thing I can say for sure is that the company has really very toxic culture Even After Reading these Points if you feel , it's worth giving a try , then all the best for future
