Pros
High velocity technical team. Awesome culture, people are driven but laid-back. Very entrepreneurial--can really take on projects that you find interesting or consider important. Have the ability to shape the product, and not just listen to do what you're told.
Cons
Can be political, especially for a startup. Sometimes seems the way people are treated vs. their performance seems incongruent. Not a big deal, but if you're looking for extreme perks found in other startups (lunch every day, public transportation, etc.) in the Bay, then will be disappointed.
