Pros
Flexibility to pick and choose orders. Unlike Instacart, you can see items on order before getting to store so you can be prepared with proper tools (wagon, cooler bags, etc) .... shipt pride evident and provided a shirt before I even started and 2 more after completing 30 shops compared to being with Instacart a year and completing 600+ shops and never received anything besides bags I had to pay for.
Cons
Very poor pay! I often work for free after deducting gas cost and only take orders with fingers crossed the customer will tip to make it worth my time which seems to be rated as people assume we’re paid an hourly wage.... although as a company Instacart sucks their app was much more user friendly and easy on the eyes compared to shipt which makes you go back and forth between screens. The inventory and aisle numbers are always wrong and scan wrong.
