Pros
You can work your own hours and days, as you are an independent contractor. Their HQ (support department) are kind, very nice, friendly and nonjudgmental. The flexibility this job provides while making great pay is the definition of what makes hustle work worth it!
Cons
At times, and I specify at times, the payout can be low. Ex; 6-8$. BUT with that said, you need to understand the company with compassion and realize they cannot afford to pay SHIPT shoppers 20$ per order, for an order that only has 1-4 items in it. You need to understand how the company works, and give it time. Work hard and you will get rewarded with bonuses and recognition. I have been with SHIPT since pre pandemic, January 2020.
