      You can select the time you want to work, accept orders you want to, Shipt customer service is great.

      Cons

      Putting extra miles on your car, sometimes orders are not worth being accepted because of pay. The rating system sometimes a customer can rate you bad an that can interfere with your overall rating so if you are on the schedule you wont get 1st choice at some orders.

      Nice gig to make some extra money. Target stores are easier to navigate fyi.
