Pros
The staff that interacts with patients are some of the most committed, passionate, dedicated people who care intensely about patient care and outcomes. The work isn't always easy and I see my colleagues giving it their all everyday. Friendly work environment.
Cons
Those very people who are the foundation of the hospital are not often recognized for their amazing work - particularly from middle and high level management. High turnover of staff - some departments more than others. Can lead to high work loads without higher pay, or acknowledgement. Management isn't progressive when it comes to employee policies and benefits offered.
