Poor culture created for years and still prevalent for years because these unqualified people have stayed on and were elevated to leadership roles. Their best contribution to the company is to constantly get rid of good employees with high growth potential and contribution with their poor management skills. People first? I think not. Unable to think big or take risks Poor level of collaboration between departments. Very immature communication skills, small minds with big egos. Unwilling to be open to new ideas and insights , losing our valuable learning and development opportunities. The only people who are hands on have their efforts taken for granted and the people taking the credit conveniently are essentially micromanagers Lack of integrity in leadership positions. Again not all but some are really some of the worst in the industry. Lack of accountability in mid level management. Taking the credit but very poor communication and lack of effort in training the new / younger staff. Insistence on the validity of their myopic/outdated/shallow views.
