Working at ShiwaForce has been an incredibly disappointing experience. The leadership makes incomprehensible decisions and constantly changes direction, creating a chaotic and unstable work environment. Delivery teams are under immense pressure due to these frequent shifts in strategy, making it nearly impossible to maintain a sustainable workload. What’s worse, there have been multiple instances where employees were terminated without any prior discussion or warning. These actions seem more like power plays to remove individuals rather than genuine, performance-based decisions. The company lacks transparency and basic human decency, resulting in a toxic atmosphere filled with constant tension and unresolved conflicts, especially when targets are not met. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no feedback culture. Employees are left to navigate a hostile environment without any constructive guidance or communication. The overall experience at ShiwaForce is one of disorganization, disrespect, and disillusionment. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional and supportive workplace.

Ineffective meetings, log working ours, micromanagement hell, no such thing tech depth, team buildings at your own expense, unreliable infrastructure, estimation in hours, duck-taped and unreliable products.
