Pros
I honestly can't think of any except maybe free range time but I'd rather pay a different range than to shoot at this range for free.
Cons
It's cheaper to buy guns from competitor stores than use our employee discount. If you start making friends with other employees you will probably never work on a shift with them again. The scheduling is sporadic so it's hard to plan in advance. Pay is pretty bad with basically no incentives. The turnover rate is crazy high and they've had 4 managers in under two years. The corporate office micromanages over everything. You are told to get customers emails all the time and if you can't or if the customer refuses to give it to you, you may get written up. This I'm sure becomes annoying for the customers in the end. I know there is more I just can't sit here all day and type them all out.
