      Former COO tried his best but parent company in USA sold out to China and is shutting down in USA.

      No integrity and it gets worse from there

      Pros

      Small, family-like working environment. Shop Vac offers the ability to grow and learn within multiple facets of the company

      Cons

      Communication is lacking between management and employees. Benefits and vacation packages are less impressive then I have seen within other local companys.
