High salary but chaotic work environment and poor management - Sales Ops ShopBack Employee Review

always have to many projects going at the same time. and the same few people had to navigate it all through. everyday is a fire-fighting day and they were so proud of it. not to mention they always launched anything from new features to new processes in a short period of time AND without it operating properly. to them, we just launch, sales ops will do the cleaning. crazy. the boss that i worked with were even crazier, she's the reason SO MANY people resign, and yet the company did nothing.
