It can become very fast paced when projects are in full swing, which can be overwhelming, but also exciting. There are two offices, one in Germany and one in San Francisco, which can make impromptu communication a bit tricky due to time differences.

A complete executive disaster with just a few exceptions. The CEO is an idiot , has no clue and continues to waste more money from investors. I think they should remove him as soon as possible before this implodes. I had a lot of view into the Financials of the company and auditing his spending is a must. From parties to travel, and invoices that are coming from weird companies.. The company will fail with him as a leader, micromanagement, interference, and pure arrogance will waste all the resources. Shameful business practices and borderline illegal in many ways with regards to employees. Talent was here and we had to leave because we didn't want to go to jail in Germany when this explodes.
