Pros
The culture of ShopPad is great. Being so small, culture can be a bit easier to manage, but props to ShopPad for instilling respectful, kind, balanced culture. I also loved the ability for different teams across the organization to work together.
Cons
While being so small I sometimes wished for the company to make structural changes a bit quicker than they did. With that said, ShopPad would always get to the proper conclusion eventually.
