-no WLB, working long hours (maybe other departments differ) -no WFH despite being MNC -fast pace, demanding, high pressure, expected to learn and understand everything at once in a day -despite high pay, not worth it if you have to stay for 10 hours everyday. u have to trade your life, soul, and health for the money, if youre someone who values mental health wellbeing, think before you want to join -snacks are not appealing
