Pros
Good people: Most people seem to really care about each other. Some teams more than others Collaborative: Great team work, cross-departmental and within each department Forward-thinking: Always looking to improve, although this sometimes can lead to rash decision making and too many ineffective/forgotten changes
Cons
Irresponsible use of funds: They spend money on really fancy vacations for top management, but continue to lay off employees and eliminate benefits for all of the rest of the employees. Demotivating, but they don’t seem to care. Management: Senior-level management is the “in-crowd” — if you’re in you’re in, but if you’re out you’re out. They claim to be transparent, but really aren’t. Constant promises that are never fulfilled. Work feels unstable: It feels like people are let go regularly here, with no warning. Positions and company needs are constantly changing, and they make employment decisions very lightly. They don’t seem to consider much before firing someone. I go to work each Monday wondering who will be fired that week. Pay: Pay is okay, but not great. Could definitely find better elsewhere.
