- you get to decorate your cubicle, - they hold company events - incentives for employees
Cons
- horrible management - horrible punch in/punch out system - will ALWAYS have something wrong on your paycheck - you don't get treated fairly or as the rest if you're not Chinese - blatant disdain against colored people there - incentives are rarely given out to anyone who's not Chinese - Pay for the work you have to do is not fair at all. - NO SICK DAYS AT ALL
