Big site new investment looks promising

Poor standards, the hr dept and engineer who interviewed me need to raise their standards significantly, it is never acceptable to not inform a 2nd stage interviewee of the outcome , for this I now perceive your company in very low standards and with enough people thinking the same way it only hurts your reputation and relationships whether this be now or in the future

Immediate management and colleagues have been supportive and felt like a family over my time here. Day-to-day teamwork has been a real positive experience.

Senior management and the parent company provide little direction or long-term planning. There is a lack of empowerment, limited recognition or reward, and overall low morale due to poor leadership decisions. Sitewide, from contractors on the main project to maintenance teams on the boiler, morale and attitude are at rock bottom, which makes it difficult to stay motivated.
