Pros

None . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Cons

It's a tiny startup with a Flop Business Model! Their business model just doesn't work and they are wasting their time and will waste yours too They pay you peanuts for salary They expect more, way more from you than what they pay you for, and make you do tasks that are not yours to do in the first place Working hours are 10-7 i.e. 9hrs, and you have to be there before 10 and can't leave even after office hours until you have completed your that day's tasks and reported to your seniors The Management is terrible, just a bunch of unprofessionals working there It's just a hire and fire company, with no scope, and this reputation of theirs goes a long way back Hope this might help someone who is looking for a real opportunity, a real job, and not to waste their time :)

No pros of working here

Cons

There were a lot of cons. The manager wasn’t capable enough. There was no learning. There was no planning.

Pros

It is an incentive driven organization. I have been working here for last 3 years and was offered excellent growth opportunities. My salary was doubled during the tenure. Showflipper offers flexible work timings after 18 months of service. For new comers, the timing is 10-7 with a 1-hour lunch break. Currently, I manage a team of developers and got a good overall learning experience. This is generally discussed with team heads. I manage my team between 9-5 with 30 minutes lunch break. I managed to learn new frameworks and newer technology. The company does invest in training and development. Unlike other organizations, Showflipper gives an opportunity for us to discuss targets even before those are allotted to every key stake holder. What matters is commitment, consistency, and discipline to work here.

Cons

They follow "perform or perish" policy. It is a USA based start up and shows no mercy if the targets are not met. Their policy is we will not load you with targets but we will give a fair chance for you to choose your own targets. Once this decision is made then there is no looking back. They have an alert system in place and on 3rd alert HR does discuss your targets Vs achievements and if there are no signs of improvements after a 5th alert in one-quarter then the exit plans are prepared.
