Pros

Management provides plenty of snacks and drinks. That's it. That is the ONLY positive aspect of working there.

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE. This place is a sad excuse for a business. Any positive reviews are FAKE! They force their employees to write positive reviews. If you have ideas to improve the business or even just the task at hand, you will be punished for not wanting to do something EXACTLY as they tell you to, even when it makes no sense or is physically impossible. STAY AWAY. You will be fired if you do not quit beforehand. They are forced to pay their employees a lot of money because nobody would take the job otherwise. And even then, there are only 2 employees who have lasted barely over 1 year outside of upper management. This company lies to their customers and cuts corners at any chance they get. They never meet deadlines due to their lack of organization and constant changes in tasks given, but they blame you instead of realizing that they are the problem. Everything negative you have read is true. DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB. It is not worth the money. They lie about the benefits too. They promised profit sharing and not one employee has seen it reflected in a paycheck. They took away sick hours and lied about that too saying that nothing had changed. Seriously, nothing good to say about this company.

Pros

Comfortable office with new and clean supplies, computers, etc. The employees are very warm and accommodating of you.

Cons

Management seems to have no idea what they want. From day one, you are thrown into the meat grinder. The only sort of training is a series of long videos of meetings on how the program functions and what you can do with it. The executives give out new titles, which are virtually meaningless, along with more responsibilities with incredible expectations that when not met, are punished. This is the primary reason some of the more senior employees have only been there for about a year. Some people filter in an out so quickly there is barely a dent in their seat. The primary issue is the lack of HR. The employee manual advises that when no HR representative is available, most of the past few years, you should feel free and comfortable to speak to the executives about any problem you may have with anything. When attempting to exercise this, you are likely to be told to speak to someone else or your attempt may be lost in the vortex of emails and instant messaging. Because of this, there is a feeling that you have little to no job safety. Nepotism plays a large role here, most of any place i have ever worked. The CEO's seemingly clueless wife appears and takes charge of projects she doesn't belong in. His family runs amok around the office, some employed, some just appear. Overall there is a constant feeling that you have not given enough to the company despite how much each person gives.
