Pros

A major perk of working here is the camaraderie — people genuinely enjoy working together and helping each other succeed. Supportive leadership. Payroll is processed as scheduled and paid within five business days after each cutoff.

Cons

It would be great if the same benefits were extended to remote employees.

Pros

Pay rate is in US dollars.

Cons

Chronic and Severe Payroll Delays (Major Issue): This is the single largest and most critical concern. Wages are consistently delayed, not just by days or a week, but often by months. This lack of financial reliability creates significant personal hardship and risk for employees. No Resolution or Escalation Path: When payroll delays occur, there is no formal HR or Finance contact to address the issue. The only solution provided is to wait for the next, equally uncertain, payday. There is zero proactive communication or transparency about the cause or expected date of resolution. Organizational Bottleneck: The Team Leader is required to fulfill far too many critical roles, including hiring/onboarding, quality assurance, and daily team management. This structure creates significant bottlenecks and a lack of specialized, professional oversight in key areas like HR and Finance. Zero Client Contact: Employees have no direct contact or transparent relationship with the actual client, which fosters a sense of disconnect and potentially limited job security or clarity regarding the external contract.
