This lack of financial reliability creates significant personal hardship and risk for employees. No Resolution or Escalation Path: When payroll delays occur, there is no formal HR or Finance contact to address the issue. The only solution provided is to wait for the next, equally uncertain, payday. There is zero proactive communication or transparency about the cause or expected date of resolution. Organizational Bottleneck: The Team Leader is required to fulfill far too many critical roles, including hiring/onboarding, quality assurance, and daily team management. This structure creates significant bottlenecks and a lack of specialized, professional oversight in key areas like HR and Finance.
