      Colleagues, Salary, direct manager. But this all changed at the end after nearly all good people left or were let go

      Cons

      Higher Management has no idea of the requirements of the German Market, people didnt identify with the company anymore

      Pros

      Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

      Cons

      Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
