Pros
Unfortunately, with the current state of the company, their simply aren't any pros.
Cons
Supervisors love to find fault and will never acknowledge intelligent, dedicated employees. Supervisors with no previous experience, knowledge or education. Refuse any and all positive suggestions from the employees actually making the business run. Management/supervisors not honest with the CEO because they don't want her aware of their inabilities - if they were honest, changes would be made. Continous, unnecessary employee turnover due to poor management and the desperate need of quality supervisors. You will never be a valuable employee - no matter how good you are at your position, nor how hard you work. Pay raises often less than 25¢ a year. Very poor insurance. Has the potential to be an amazing and profitable business - However, if drastic steps aren't taken to improve the supervision, it will only continue it's quick decline - just read any online reviews - very unfortunate.
