Worst company to work for any professionals. They do not have ethics. Hire and fire concept. No HR policy. Very difficult to continue up to three months. Don't pay salary to staff after relieving. Every small small things controlled by MD, even purchase of a box tile. HR and other departments are just puppets. They do not even honour the terms given in offer letter. Motto is hire the staff get work for 2-3 months and don't pay them.
