Shree gives opportunity and environment to all employees to grow in technology. I have been working with shree for last 7 years and have been given chance to work on many projects in different technology. The more you succeed, the bigger is the next responsibility and reward. there is no limit for growth of people who dedicate their time honestly for the projects. CEO of the company has good hands on experience in technology and encourage teams to keep growing their skills in latest technology stacks. he doesn't restrict himself from getting his hands dirty on complex tech solutions.
Cons
company is not good for people who wants to sit in their comfort zones and stop working towards their and companies growth. that's why most people who are lazy, wants to earn easy money sitting on their chair , playing games on their phones and don't want to work.. disliked this company. This company cannot give bench environment like tcs/Infosys.
