They don't have work Rules are only for honest employees, one who aren't friendly with management They hire freshers from institutes, put them on training i.e. sitting idle entire day, promise them a decent package ,after taking the test (which even managers can't crack,no even a single word from the technology on which they provide the training) the package figures are exactly halved. Every year CEO(Mr. Dhaiya) who sits in US office visit Gurgaon office in October at the time of increment and fire minimum 10-15 % employees irrespective of their performance , looking at the fact that this man will sit idle for 3 months. Mostly Victims are freshers. They don't even realise the talent the candidates and reputation of the institute from which they are hiring and firing.
