Pros
Job safety for back office employees- reason no one want to work there because outside city and low profile but for sales job is still unsafe- presure for more sale
Cons
1. All Automall offices located outside city, its like garage/ old vehicle parking places 2. As located in remote area internet connectivity issue always 3. Bad infrastructure even printers not available 4. Customer (old vehicle buyer say drivers) behave rudely with back office employees but not with sales guy 5. Mostly illiterate people come to purchase old vehicle, you can assume how illiterate people can treat you 6. Long working hours during vehicle auction days 8. Sale guy force back office employee to release/ gate pass vehicle immediately doesn't even allow reasonable time to process that in system but management say all vehicle should go out with system gate pass only 9. Except top management all employees are either graduates with low personality or higher secondary pass only can't even talk/ write in english usually ask help for drafting emails, if you are good educated don't go there you will lose your personality and you will be demotivated. 10. One may think why i was there, i worked there around 1.5 years unfortunately and passed my time hoping good opportunities, initially i was appointed in a small city where limited job opportunities hence accepted the job offer and then took internal transfer to bigger city in same company and finally switched after getting a very good job in MNC. 11. There are many cons wrote limited, think twice before you accept any offer from Shriram Automall. Not sure about Shriram Finance. I invested my time writing these to help benefit you, thanks!
