1. outdated system provided to the branch 2. cratio not works properly where we marks attendance 3. when ever we raised ticket id no one calls u .. we have call our self & need to takes follow ups form them..it is to logn process as IT no always keeps busy. 4. they does not teach proper process to the employee which employee has to face on the daily basis 5. only office coming time is fixed but home going time is not fixed 6 all works start from 25 to 7 of every months.. and late setting 7 no proper guilelessness about the process
