      Pros

      Great company to work for, made to feel welcome from day 1, received my training from Erienne and Rory who were amazing, very patient, explained everything clearly and concisely and were always at the end of the phone for support and advice at any time

      Cons

      Lack of career progression, unable to progress past store level in the company as they only offer these roles to people outside of the business which is a shame as we do and will lose some amazing people

      Thanks for leaving your feedback. I am please you felt really welcomed from day 1 and that our great District trainer teams have been able to support you through your induction. We have recently developed a programme which we think will provide greater opportunities for our store staff to progress further.

      Pros

      You get a developement Journey in coaching, sales, service. Have fantastic colleges and management.

      Cons

      The tecnical developmnet is on its way but we are still using papers some times in the saleprocess.
