Nothing the mangers are too old and they wont allow you to leave office on time,,,just sit in office late to show that his team is working...They hire and fire you without paying a single penny...!!!

Be carefull ..join this comapny at your own risk no salary on time and good employee get fired due to dirty politics ,,!!!

Office location, black & white walls, table, chairs, room, RO water, yes boss crowd

I do not advice Spectra to any customer as they don't deserve any for the reasons pathetic Network, Incapable Leadership team, No coordination between sales and customer service. The 1st company of its kind which is unique for all worst practices. Delayed salaries, non-payment to vendors and finall payouts.
