My Life Has Two Parts: Before SiGMA and After SiGMA - Head of Marketing SiGMA Employee Review

Working at SiGMA was one of the most important turning points in my life. I came to Malta looking for the right opportunity in marketing, and SiGMA was the company that gave me a real chance. They trusted me, gave me independence, and allowed me to grow in a way no other company had at the time. I got to apply my knowledge, learn real skills, and connect with some of the biggest names in the industry – founders, speakers, and leaders who were all part of the events we organised. SiGMA gave me a platform to build my career. Every opportunity I got afterward in the iGaming world was, in some way, linked to my time there. It opened doors I didn’t even know existed. I was lucky to join when the company was still growing rapidly and to be part of that journey... from the early startup phase to becoming one of the biggest events in the industry. Being part of that kind of growth taught me something very important: if you want to succeed, you need to move fast and execute quickly. That mindset has stayed with me and helped me excel in every role since. I also met a lot of colleagues who eventually became close friends. The pace was intense, but it brought out the best in me and redefined what I believed was possible.
