Pros
Interning at SiTime is a great opportunity for first-time interns. Supervisors make sure to give you meaningful work, not just the mundane tasks that have to be done. You get to interact with a lot of different people within the company beyond just your supervisor, so you get exposure to many jobs and facets in a high tech company. They invest a lot of time into teaching the interns through lunch seminars and informal chat time with execs. People also make sure the interns have a spot at the meeting table and a voice in discussions.
Cons
The amount of work and direct attention you get as an intern is somewhat dependent on which supervisor you get. My supervisor has been amazing and keeps me busy, but I know some of the other interns have a hard time getting time with theirs.
