      No Pros really, the partners have no clue what they are doing.

      Cons

      No organic growth in the US. All the companies acquired have no synergies when it comes to partners or even employees. Not one single quality project. You will be benched for a long time since the partners fail miserably to acquire any new wins.

      Coworkers are nice and some managers are supportive

      Cons

      Low pay and the way year-end reviews are done is ajoke. Going above and beyond at this company means having to work 5-9 after your 9-5. They expect you to have no life for measly pay. Turn over rate is high. Offices are disjointed. Leadership are having "benchmarking" contests left and right for sales. Anyway good people are leaving this company because honestly, they expect you to just grind it out without the pay of a big tier firm. Gender diversity is also seriously lacking at the top.
