      Get to work alongside talented and visionary engineers and technicians. Every other Friday off makes for more enjoyable work-life balance.

      Cons

      Not as many "team-building" activities that I've enjoyed at other companies. Turnover is high.

      It was close to my house.

      Crap pay, 401k withdraw fees are crazy, insurance is expensive and crap.
