Pros
Now only benefit of being here is work life balance (Only if your manager is good) and cooperative seniors.
Cons
- Their product is hospitality domain so there is little to no scope of business knowledge you learn here. - No learning (Old tech stack and practices such as jsps, struts and monolithic architecture) - Unrealistic expectations by product management - Support team have no business and technical knowledge and will throw every small ticket in dev tray (No check on them, they act like they are product managers and mark everything as urgent) - Devs are expected to do QAs work as well - Now they are penalizing Devs and QAs if they introduce bugs in system, which is very unfair as their codebase is very tightly coupled and existing code is badly written causing it to be harder to maintain and understand.
