Pros
-Full hands on the project and freedom to explore -Solving for Indian farmers community adds a sense of purpose into work -Failures were road blocks but not stop sign there -Saturday meeting was something which enable cross team to learn from each other - Monthly outdoor parties were quite a thing from a startup in its early stage
Cons
-At times you get to deep into work at hand and it becomes hard to diversify as asked for. -6 days working, initially was exciting, but at times make homesick. -
