-Favoritism/nepotism, people holding certain positions because they're friends with higher ups -Getting more responsibility dumped on you without a pay raise to reflect it -New hires getting paid more than people who had been trying to get raises -Certain supervisors getting away with using homophobic and misogynistic language and profanities due to having friendships with managers outside of work -Floor managers changed multiple times when I worked there and each would always have a different way of running things; some were very mean and quick to find ways to blame others for their mistakes
