Underpaid for the level of work I am performing - Project Engineer Siemens Mobility Employee Review

Despite being a junior project engineer, I am performing the role of a Project Manager and working well above my pay grade. Without any pay rise, there is not much opportunity to get a pay rise as they have strict pay grades. But I am expecting one in the next 6 months.
