In general, they hire overly qualified engineers and pay them well below the market rate for an entry level technician role. There is very little opportunity for growth, and nearly all local engineering positions have been "outsourced" to Siemens' location in India. Quality of engineering suffered because of this. 401k matching starts at 1% only and takes 5 years to increase to 6%. But good luck making enough extra money to contribute!
