Santa Barbara is an amazing city to work and live in. Department teams are usually made up of quality members who preform their jobs well and complete tasks within set timelines.
Cons
Pays well below industry norms (besides upper management and the sales team who seem to get 80% of the company's payroll), poor communication from management team to employees, and clicky employees.
