      Pros

      Without buying new equipment, I upgraded the entire shop's performance to produce 3 mil line/space with 100% yield by highly modifying key equipment, installed a clean room for product development, reprograming mechanical drilling to produce 0.0051inch diameter, etc

      Cons

      I did not get paid. I had to sue Sierra Circuits for breach of contract. Testified about the illegal waste dump into the parking lot drain. Failed to gain positive recognition for large customer order involving personally owned/patented product.

      Managers are friendly and open. They listen to you.

      The workplace seems not huge enough than it should be. The parking lot is small too.

      Pros

      You get as much time off as you need no need pto hours. Everyone does what they want long breaks. They paying people with good titles lots of money and they dont do anything to them. Free check.

      Cons

      Owners are greedy they have there daughter as hr and they dont care about the employees. The money is everything they care about. The bad that employees that do work hard dont get noticed until they leave.
