Very difficult work/ extremely stressful/ always on call

Great Pay, and benefits. Officers do their jobs. Most of your fellow co-workers are willing to help you if you need it.

Don't use Nursing skills, Upper management Bully the employees, If you want to keep your job you must kiss up to management. Your either working in a sweat shop or in a freezer. ( not adequate AC nor heat).
