Pros
The company are good at projects and it has a very good team management. The company is fully working on SAP and SAP based products. If you are interested in SAP platform, you can expect career growth. Otherwise, you can better choose other companies. Work-life balance is good. No compulsion and pressure from the management. Salary Deductions are comparitively low.
Cons
Human Resourse team is not transparent to employees. They satisfies management but they mostly will not hear to employees. No benefits are provided by the company. Hike will be one year once, and it is definitely below the industry standards. Leave policies are strict compared to other companies. Internship attrocities are too bad in the company. You have to work for 6 months without salary and the time may extend based on the performance. There are many fast growing companies in India. In that note, I couldn't see company is growing.
